This modern and warm Stamford restaurant was built with an exposed ceiling and hanging soffits. Loft coordinated owners’ shipment of furniture, kitchen equipment and lighting. General constructing work included electrical, sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and extensive tile work. (4,500 sq ft)
Construction Managers responsible for renovating of existing retail area, 2nd floor office and façade. Also constructed new main entrance and restrooms, and reconstructed/expanded the parking area lot that required the demolition of existing 2-story building. (1,950 existing/200 new sq ft)
Construction manager for new building which included new serving and costumer areas as well as refurbishing the exterior of the building envelope. Project also included building additions and entrance expansions. Additionally, site work included removal of existing buildings, modification to site utilities, parking areas and seating areas. Construction manager for the new facility in Norwalk, CT, which comprised of three floors on 901 Main Avenue. Complete interior office fit out including private offices, boardrooms, president’s suite, conference room, and a glass staircase connecting three floors. This project was fast tracked and completed in 100 days. (150,000 sq ft)
As construction managers we constructed a large trading area, LAN room with two 20-ton ac units a pre-action sprinkler system. Our work also included pantry, private bathroom with steam shower, offices, large conference room and game room. (4,000 sq ft)
